This information claims clarify your doubts:

Guaranty  

We only give guaranty when proved fabric defect or any other anomaly. The defective products will be replaced free of charge when in stock. Otherwise it will be emitted a credit note and launched on current account.

We excluded from guaranty terms the payment of compensation or other charges emergent from bad or no functioning of our products.

The complaint of defect products can be made by e-mail info@lugo.pt or by fax n.º ++351 252 377189.

Complaints and Returns

Complaints must be explained by phone, fax or e-mail in a clear way.
We only accept returns originated by us, when returned within
14 days counting from invoice date, when coming with a copy or the number of the invoice. A credit note will be issued when a complaint is accepted; in any case there will any money or cheque restitution.
We don't accept any exchange of underwear, electric or electronic articles and ordered goods. Exchange proceedings are:

The articles, package and labels must be intact.
